Meet the Founder
Since 2008, Maria has worked in career development, helping people of all ages and career stages.
Â
In 2018, she started the UAE Careers Community and saw how bringing practitioners together made a positive impact. But she also faced challenges like working alone, bridging the gap between ideas and practice, and connecting with employers who want to help young people get job-ready.
Â
These experiences inspired her to start the Career Practitioner Community, a place where practitioners can develop their skills, find useful resources, get support, and stay ahead of the changes with the world of work.
